Cocktail Ideas


THE IRISH ROVER 

Ingredients: 
50ml The Pogues Irish whiskey,
12.5ml Green Chartreuse,
10ml gomme,
25ml lime,
50ml apple juice,
8 mint leaves

Method: Shake ingredients together and strain over cubed ice. Top with crushed ice and garnish with an emerald green mint sprig.

A FAIRYTALE IN THE CITY 

Ingredients:
25ml The Pogues’ Irish whiskey,
25ml Irish cream liqueur,
50ml Irish coffee,
12.5ml vanilla or hazelnut syrup (totally your preference) 

Method: Shake all the ingredients with cubed ice and strain into a chilled coupette. Garnish with Irish chocolate and coffee beans. 


RHUBARB & GINGER MULE

Ingredients:
50ml Aber Falls Rhubarb & Ginger
125ml Ginger Ale
Cubed Ice
Gin Balloon Glass
Orange Wheel garnish

Method: Fill a balloon glass with ice, add gin, gently stir to combine and then garnish.

CELTIC DREAM

Ingredients:
12.5ml Aber Falls Salted Toffee Liqueur
12.5ml Aber Falls Coffee & Dark
Chocolate Liqueur
50ml Irish Cream 
12.5ml Amaretto
Choc Sauce inner Lined martini Glass
Garnish Choc shavings

Method: Pre-Prep: drizzle chocolate sauce decoratively around the inside of a martini glass and then place in the freezer. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake with ice until cold. Then double strain the cocktail into the pre-chilled glass and garnish with chocolate shavings.

WELSH 75 

Ingredients: 
25ml Aber Falls Violet Liqueur
12.5ml Lemon juice
12.5ml Gomme 
Top with Prosecco
Garnish with Lemon Rind wrapped blueberry

Method: In a cocktail shaker, add all the ingredients except the Prosecco and then shake and double strain into a champagne flute, top with bubbles, gently stir and then garnish.
