Method: Shake ingredients together and strain over cubed ice. Top with crushed ice and garnish with an emerald green mint sprig.
A FAIRYTALE IN THE CITY
Method: Shake all the ingredients with cubed ice and strain into a chilled coupette. Garnish with Irish chocolate and coffee beans.
RHUBARB & GINGER MULE
Method: Fill a balloon glass with ice, add gin, gently stir to combine and then garnish.
Method: Pre-Prep: drizzle chocolate sauce decoratively around the inside of a martini glass and then place in the freezer. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake with ice until cold. Then double strain the cocktail into the pre-chilled glass and garnish with chocolate shavings.
Method: In a cocktail shaker, add all the ingredients except the Prosecco and then shake and double strain into a champagne flute, top with bubbles, gently stir and then garnish.
