WINTER FRUIT COBBLER

Ingredients:
100ml - Eisberg alcohol free Cabernet Sauvignon
3 Orange Slices
3 Blackberries
1/2 Juice of Lemon
1tsp Caster sugar
Crushed ice
Method:
Take 100ml of Eisberg alcohol free cabernet sauvignon and add 2 orange slices and 2 blackberries to a large wine glass. Lightly muddle the mixture together. Add the juice of 1⁄2 a lemon and 1 tsp caster sugar and stir all the ingredients with crushed ice. Cap with extra ice and garnish with a mint sprig, orange slice and a blackberry.
SPICED TONIC
Ingredients:
50ml - Seedlip spice
125ml - Indian Tonic Water
Method:
In a high ball, add ingredients into the glass over ice and mix
FIREWORK

Ingredients:
50ml - Willow Low
100ml - Ginger Ale
Method:
In a high ball glass mix ingredients together, stir and enjoy
AROMATIC AND TONIC

Ingredients:
50ml - Seedlip spice
125ml - Fever tree aromatic tonic
Method:
Pour ingredients into a high ball, stir and enjoy
MON PETIT CHERIE
Ingredients:
125ml Eisberg Alcohol-Free Sparkling Rosé Wine
Cherry syrup
5ml lemon juice
Method:
Add the lemon juice, Eisberg Alcohol-Free Sparkling Rosé Wine and the cherry syrup to a glass mixer (keeping a small amount aside to garnish) and shake well. Strain the mixture into a tall flute glass. Garnish with cherry syrup soaked fresh cherries on a skewer.
CHERRY BLOSSOM

Ingredients:
60ml - Seedlip Spice 94
10ml - Cherry syrup
30ml - Cold Jasmine Tea
Method:
Add all ingredients in to a glass or a mug and enjoy
GARDEN AND ELDERFLOWER

Ingredients:
50ml - Seedlip Garden
125ml - Elderflower tonic
Method:
Mix all ingredients in a high ball or glass preference, over ice and enjoy
MINOSA

Ingredients:
50ml - Willow Low
25ml - Clementine/Orange Juice
Cold Lemonade
Method:
Build your drink, add the Willow Low, Juice and then top up with cold lemonade
GINGERLY SIP

Ingredients:
100ml - Eisberg alcohol free Sauvignon Blanc
1/2 - Lemon
1tsp - Sugar
Ginger Ale
Crushed ice cubes
Method:
Pour 100ml of alcohol-free Sauvignon Blanc into a short glass. Add the juice of 1⁄2 a lemon, 1 tsp of sugar and lots of cubed ice. Top up the glass with the ginger ale and garnish with a twist of orange. Use the cinnamon stick to stir with.
