Monkey 47 Dry Gin takes its name from the 47 botanicals that are used to make it. These include locally grown herbs like angelica, coriander, and elderflower as well as hibiscus, citron verbena, pimento, and spruce. These are combined with spring water from a local distillery in the Black Forest. All the ingredients work together to give Monkey 47 a crisp, citrus flavour, with layers of floral flavours and hints of peppery spice and bitter fruit.
