A beautifully balanced and ripe white wine from the Western Cape
Grapes are sourced from old vines in Paarl and Drakenstein and harvested by hand. In the winery, part of the blend is fermented naturally and the wine is left on lees for an extended period to increase the weight and flavours. Delicious ripe, fresh citrus and tropical fruit flavours, it is balanced with a lovely long and crisp finish.
Packed with intense flavours of fresh Bramley apples and a touch of quince jelly this is unoaked and finishes with a delicious creaminess and lovely zingy bite.
Great as an aperitif, or try with fish dishes, or with chicken.
