The Semillon (55%) and Tamâioosa Româniaeas (45%) varieties complement each other excellently, outlining an expressive and sophisticated white wine, which captivates from the first tasting. The grapes are carefully selected and manually harvested at full maturity, after which they are scraped and crushed easily in the pneumatic press. The must is subjected to controlled fermentation at a temperature of 14 ° C for 18 days in vertical stainless steel tanks.
An expressive bouquet, dominated by notes of juicy peaches, apples and exotic fruits. Leading to a harmonious blend of floral aromas and ripe apricots, sprinkled with spicy accents.
The assortment can be served as an aperitif, at an ideal temperature of 8-10 ° C, but it can also be associated with seafood, fish and light preparations based on white meat.
