A fantastic sparkling wine which offers real value and quality versus its fellow French counterparts from Champagne.
Domaines Bonfils is a family business, that has been growing grapes since 1870. Now in the 6th generation, the business comprises 19 Domaines and Chateaux, 17 of which are in the Languedoc with 1800 hectares of vineyards, making them one of the largest independent grape-grower/wine producers in France. Founded in 1890 by Joseph Salasar, in Camapagne sur Aude, at 3OO m above sea level in the upper Aude valley, Chateau Beausoleil was purchased by the Bonfils Family in 2012
This wine is fresh and fruity with floral notes and hints of honey and freshly baked biscuits. Fine perfumed bubbles and a creamy texture linger in the mouth.
Great as an aperitif, or with seafood & white meat dishes, also a great additions to cocktails.
