The whisky used for this expression was selected by founder Dan Szor, made with odyssey barley grown on Cotswolds farms and malted at Warminster Maltings. They used American oak red wine casks that had been shaved, toasted and re-charred - a process designed by the late Dr. Jim Swan. After maturation, it was bottled at cask strength
