A light to medium bodied red wine fermented using wild yeasts from an award winning Chilean winery.
In October 2017, Errazuriz became Chile's first recipient of the Robert Parker Wine Advocate Extraordinary Winery Award for 'Best Chilean Winery 2017'. The final blend for this wine is aged in 15% new French Oak Barrels for 11 months.
Displaying a beautiful, bright cherry red colour, the Wild Ferment Pinot Noir offers aromas of cherries, roses and a light touch of mushrooms, all framed by soft smoky tones. The palate is round showing lifted and fresh red fruit. Lovely spicy notes are complemented by hints of oak and great complexity ensures a full and lingering finish.
Enjoy with grilled roasted red meats, pizza & pasta, casseroles and stews, also pairs well with mild creamy & strong hard cheeses.
