A beautiful Cava with great flavour, works as well on its own as it does with food.
Established in 1923, Perelada is one of Spain's most dynamic wineries and principal Cava producers, it is still family owned and run. The wine matures on its lees for 15 months (6 months longer than the legal requirement of 9 months), with riddling by machine before disgorgement.
Pale yellow in colour with soft, persistent mousse. Thanks to its ageing, it has developed a fine aroma of brioche and almonds with fruity notes of red apples and citrus fruit. Dry, well balanced, elegant Cava with rich and complex finish.
A great celebration wine, great on its own or with light dishes.
