The wine was matured on its lees in old French oak barrels for 6 months with weekly battonage to develop complexity. It was then fined, filtered and bottled.
Aromas of peach and vanilla with toasty walnut tones, a full bodied chardonnay with a creamy mouth feel balanced with a refreshing acidity with floral tones and a long persistent finish .
