A dry, nutty sherry from Spain.
Spaniard, Juan Sánchez de la Torre, who established the foundations of the firm Sánchez Romate Hermanos, one of the few remaining wineries in the Jerez Designation of Origin which is still in the hands of local owners.
With its hues of shiny old gold, this Oloroso has a deep, evocative fragrance.
It is very aromatic and fragrant. Its old solera gives it a full body and a dry palate with oak and nut flavours.
Try with aged cheese, nuts, meats and consomme.
