This limited edition whisky from Starward has been matured in premium ex-Wild Turkey and ex-Makers Mark barrels for four and a half years in Melbourne's intensely reactive climate. The nose is full of bright tropical fruits; toasted pineapple, green bananas, caramel and honeydew melon with undertones of lemongrass. The palate is sweet and buttery, filled with caramel biscuity notes, leading you back to tropical fruit familiarity with a touch of vanilla coconut and honey to round it off.
