Made with a medley of spirits mixed together to form the base, combined with juniper, coriander, angelica, bitter orange and liquorice along side a touch of cane sugar for classic Old Tom sweetness.
Nose: Creamy lemon, resinous pine leading to a light touch of oak-y smoke and cherry blossom. A waft of exotic fruit.
Palate: Nutmeg and sugary spearmint. Flamed orange peel. Earthy juniper sits at the core, with charred oak and rum-like sweetness.
Finish: Light cardamom spiciness, with anise and caramel in support.
