Johnny Neill travelled to the City of London Gin Distillery, just off Fleet Street, to create a London Dry Gin rich in juniper and refreshing citrus. Crafted using juniper, coriander seed, angelica root, liquorice root and the peels of oranges, lemons and grapefruits, Connoisseur’s Cut is a stone-cold classic. Peppery and piney on the nose, zingy and rich on the palate, and wonderfully warming on the finish from the 47% ABV; it does exactly what a good London Dry Gin should.
