Serve Suggestion: Inspired by the Albermarle Fizz, which was created around the time of US Prohibition.
Pour 50ml Whitley Neill Raspberry into a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice
Add 15ml sugar syrup
Pour the juice of ½ a lemon into the shaker
Shake or stir and then pour into a highball with ice (or a wine glass)
Top up with approximately 30ml of soda water
Garnish with raspberries.
