Tullibardine distillery stands proudly in the village of Blackford – the gateway to the Highlands, Scotland. For decades this independent, family owned distillery has been producing handcrafted Single Malt Scotch Whisky in the traditional way.
Their experts select first fill casks from the very best Bourbon distilleries to create signature Tullibardine Sovereign. They then select the finest barriques, hogsheads and ex sherry butts from the wine chateaus of Europe and only ever use the finest first fill casks to impart maximum flavour and colour. This is important as during the whisky making process, up to 70% of the flavour and colour will come from the wood.
