Non-entrants: The following persons are not eligible to enter: (i) employees of any business involved or associated with the prize draw (including the Promoter and its associated companies, any agent of the Promoter administering the competition, and any other agent or representative) and (ii) any such person’s family or household members.  The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entrants’ eligibility.
  1. When you purchase a bottle of [Dead Man’s Fingers Rum] between [00:00 hours] on Friday, 16 October 2020 and [00:00] hours on [Monday, 01 December 2020] you will automatically be entered into the Golden Ticket Giveaway for a chance to win a [‘Free Branded Tray’].
  1. There is no entry fee to enter this competition.
  1. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom, aged 18 years or over.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Golden Ticket Giveaway and these Terms and Conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control.   1. Acceptance: By entering, entrants accept and will be bound by these terms and conditions. The promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove and disqualify any entry that does not adhere to these terms and conditions.

  6. Prizes: 1x prize of 1x Dead Man’s Fingers Neon sign. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be given. Promoter may substitute similar prizes of equivalent or greater value.
  7. Closing date:  The competition will close at 11.59pm (GMT) on Thursday November 05 (Fifth) 2020.  No entries received after this time will be considered.   The Promoter may withdraw or end this competition early where necessary if circumstances arise that are beyond its control.
  8. Winner selection: 1 winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries received.   
  9. Claiming prize: The winner(s) will be notified on the competition post or Promoter page within two days of the closing date and asked to contact the Promoter via a direct message to claim their prize. The winners will have 24 hours from notification to contact the Promoter to claim their prize.  If the winner(s) do not contact the Promoter within the timeframe, that winner will forfeit the prize and another winner will be randomly selected.

Terms and conditions

Entrants to this promotion are bound by these terms and conditions.

Eligibility: This Promotion is open to all residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the administration of the promotion. Entrants may be required to provide proof of their date of birth. Only one entry per person. Multiple or incomplete entries will not be accepted.
  2. Prize: one (1) winner will receive one (1) bottle of Dead Man's Fingers Rum (70cl) of their choice and one (1) Dead Man's Fingers bottle holder. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and has no cash alternative. The promoter may substitute similar prizes of equivalent or greater value at its discretion.
  3. Entry: To validly submit an entry, entrants must comment on the relevant post on The Drop Store's Instagram page. The entrant must like / follow The Drop Store's Instagram account. No purchase necessary. Internet access required.
  4. Closing date: entries can be made from 8 July 2020 until 23:59 (GMT) on 15 July 2020. Entries made after this time will be void.
  5. How to win: The winners will be chosen at random by the Promoter from all valid entries. The winners will be notified by the Promoter by commenting on the winning post and via direct Instagram message within 24 hours of the closing date. If any winner cannot be contacted or does not confirm acceptance of the prize within 24 hours of being notified, or if the prize is declined, an alternative winner will be drawn and the previous winner will forfeit all rights to their prize
